I love creating one of a kind embroidery pieces! For a custom order, please fill out the request form through my contact page and include as much detail as possible about your vision.
Please include:
A description of your idea
Approximate finished size
Quantity desired
Preferred materials/fabric
Thread colors or color preferences
Where the embroidery will be placed
Any reference images or artwork
Your desired completion date, if applicable
If you will be supplying the material (such as your own shirts, hoodies, etc) or if you need it sourced by me

The more details you provide, the more accurately I can estimate pricing and production time. For small batch or wholesale logo & embroidery pricing, please email me & I will send you my pricing chart!
Once I receive your request, I’ll review the details and get back to you with any questions
and an estimated price.
What can be customized?
Almost anything! Custom embroidery can include original artwork, illustrations, names, logos, symbols, lettering and more. You can request changes to size, thread colors, materials, placement and other details. If you aren’t sure whether your idea can be embroidered, just ask! Some examples of custom embroidery include iron on patches, beanies, hats, hoodies, tshirts, baby onesies, tote bags, logo patches… the possibilities are endless!
Each custom embroidery piece requires a design to be digitized. There will be a one time fee for the digitizing. Once you submit your custom order request, I will review it, clarify any questions or other details and give you an estimate. Bring your art, logo or vision to life with custom embroidery!
design approval/revisions:
Design Approval: For specific custom designs, I may provide a digital al fee. preview or discuss design details with you before beginning stitching. Please review all details carefully, including spelling, colors, sizing and placement. Minor adjustments may be possible before production. Significant redesigns or additional concepts may require an addition
pricing:
Custom embroidery is quoted individually based on the size, stitch count, materials, design complexity and quantity.
Once I review your request, I will provide an estimate before any work begins. The digitizing price will be included in your order.
turnaround time:
Custom orders generally require additional processing time bechuse eac design is prepared specifically for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once your design has been finalized and approved. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be discussed before ordering.
*Most custom pieces take around 2-3 weeks for turnaround time. Rush orders are available with an added fee.
Artwork & Digitizing:
Your design must be converted into an embroidery file before it can be stitched. This process is called digitizing and is what translates artwork into stitches.
Simple designs may require minimal preparation, while highly detailed artwork can require considerably more digitizing time. A one time digitizing fee will apply and the price depends on the complexity of your design.
*Please note: Not every image translates perfectly into embroidery. I may recommend simplifying or adjusting certain details to achieve the best finished result.
